Depending on the mix, the technical parameters of Geolyth offer you properties which are aimed at meeting your wishes and specifications:

  • Lambda λ = approx. 0.035 [W/mK] heat insulation coefficient
  • Mass per unit of volume: 65 kg/m³ to 150 kg/m³
  • Compressive strength: 0,5 to 5,0 MPa
  • Proportion of closed pores approx. 90%
  • Not flammable - building material class A
  • Excellent fire protection properties (cooling effect)
  • May be applied in liquid form
  • Foams very homogeneously
  • Raw material is fibre-free
  • Is classed as building rubble - similar to concrete; ecological disposal
  • Material can be used hydrophobically
  • Dyeing with mineral dyes possible
  • Heat conductivity can be adjusted according to application
  • Constituents: not derived directly from petroleum, hence the development of the raw material price is easier to forecast
  • Excellent overall eco-balance

 

Production technique

  • Use of Geolyth mixer
  • Parameterisation of Geolyth mixer depending on mineral foam production
  • Use of standard silo and conveyor technology
  • No acclimatisation necessary as Geolyth Mineral Foam hardens by itself
